At My Site, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority. If there is a defect in the workmanship of the product you can send it back in for a exchange, there are no returns or exchanges on custom made products. Any returns must have a return authorization prior to sending items back, any items returned without authorization number will not be returned or shipped back. Some items may have a 25% restocking fee and depending on reason for return the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
